Due to Covid-19 and current state of politics, many of our shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders.
Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive.

How long does it take to fulfill my order?
Once your order is placed and your payment verified, you will receive a confirmation email. Your payment may take 1 to 3 days to fully process.
Once your order payment is processed, we will prepare and pack your items to be ready to ship.
Due to Covid restrictions and delays, getting your order ready for shipping may take 1 to 3 days.
4. Shipping
Where is my parcel?
As soon as your order is packaged and ready to ship, we will send you a tracking number via e-mail.
This tracking number will allow you to get updates on your parcel's destination and estimated delivery times.

6. Product Info
How can I find my correct size?
Please check the provided size chart for each item for accurate size.
We do our best to provide the most accurate measurements, but please allow 1 to 3cm difference due to handmade measurements.
If no size chart is provided, it usually means that you can purchase your regular US size.
What is my exact shoe size?
Most of our shoe sizes are provided in EU sizes, for more accuracy. Please check the following Size Chart for EU/US Shoe Size Conversion.

Do I need to register before placing an order?
You can register and create a profile with us, where you can find all of your information and order history in one place, but you can also place an order and checkout as a Guest.
Please note that we will keep your information for the duration of the ordering and delivery process to ensure traceability and safety of your parcel.
