Shipping Policy

Shipping Address Information

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

How long will it take my order to process for shipment?

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.

Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Express orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number by e-mail that allows you to trace your package.

Delivery times

Due to seasonal holidays and current events, delivery times may vary from 4 business days to up to 30 days.

Returns and Refunds

We will take unwanted items as long as you got your item 30 days ago or less and it's in the same condition you got it in.

Returns are free and eligible for a full refund if postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

  • If you need to return the item - please email us
  • Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & un-chewed with original tags & packaging).
  • Intimates and hats are final sale and can not be returned
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded
  • Items from SALE collection are final sale and can not be returned.
  • Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We don't offer refunds & returns if you provided an incorrect address or did not receive the package on time and it was sent back.

The following items are NOT refundable:

  • Items on Final Sale,
  • Gift Cards,
  • Hats,
  • Lingerie, underwear and Swimwear,
  • Earrings and Body Piercings.
